We aim to make your child’s first time visit safe and exciting! Look for the “Welcome Center” sign downstairs. There are volunteers who can’t wait to meet your family and help your child get checked in. We will ask for some basic personal information (for the sake of security) and give you and your children family identification tags that are exclusive to your family and your visit. Your child will wear the name tag portion, which will be matched to your portion during check out at the end of the service.
Once they’ve been checked in, we will be happy to show you the kid-friendly, age-appropriate room we have waiting for them! On your way home, be sure to ask your child, “Did you make a friend?” and “What did you learn today?”
WHAT IF I LOSE MY FAMILY ID TAG?
If you ever lose your family security tag, you will need to provide some form of identification. This will allow the staff to easily match up your personal information, as well as confirm that you are the person who initially checked them in.
WHEN CAN I CHECK MY CHILD IN?
Check-in stations are at our Welcome Center downstairs. You can check in children 15 minutes prior to each service. For security reasons, area doors are locked 15 minutes after services start. After the doors are locked, parents are asked to go to the welcome counter to find the age appropriate room for their child.
